Our Story
The International Best Chefs Academy was founded in 2015 by Mehdi Hassari Manesh. Starting in a smaller space, the academy was built on a foundation of quality over quantity from day one.
Drawing on Chef Hesarimanesh’s extensive experience in the food and beverage industry since 1997, as a head chef and manager in top hotels and restaurants across Iran and abroad, we made a commitment: small class sizes, exceptional quality, and adherence to international standards. This student-centric approach ensured comprehensive learning for every individual.
As our reputation for excellence grew, so did we. We expanded our facilities, upgraded our equipment, and enriched our curriculum with a wide range of international courses.

Our Founder’s Expertise
Mehdi Hassari Manesh is not only a master chef but also a certified educator and assessor. He secured the academy’s membership in the Iranian Technical and Vocational Training Organization and serves as an official examiner for them in food industry disciplines.
His academic background in Hotel and Tourism Management is complemented by prestigious international certifications, including:
· Food Management & Health Safety Protocols from the American NCCO Institute.
· Specialized coffee and barista training from SCAE UK.
· Instructor, Master, and Examiner certifications from AUDISO Czech.
Through his vision and the relentless efforts of our educational team, the academy has become one of Iran’s most reputable and popular culinary institutes.

Our Learning Environment
We designed our academy to meet international standards. Theory is taught using modern video projectors, while practical skills are honed in fully equipped, professional restaurant-style stations.
Each station, shared by only two students, includes a workbench, preparation tools, cutting boards, a full set of professional knives, a mixer, and other essential cooking facilities. This hands-on approach fosters responsibility and ensures that every student is an active participant, not just a spectator. We believe it is every student’s right to receive complete and practical training for their investment.
